Service description
The beneficiary number service serves government units, companies, institutions and individual suppliers who are dealt with by various government agencies. The beneficiary obtains his own number, which enables the Ministry of Finance to deposit amounts due to suppliers through their bank accounts in return for services provided to government agencies that fall under the scope of the unified financial system.
Service fee
- New registration for an excellent class company 50 riyals
- New registration for a first class company 30 riyals
-New registration for a second and third class company 20 riyals
- New registration for a fourth class company 15 riyals
- New registration for consulting offices 20 riyals.
- New registration of contract holders (individuals) 10 riyals - Registration of a government agency without fees.

- An official letter from the government agency to the director of the Public Accounts Department - Proof of the bank account number for companies:-
(A copy of the bank account statement showing the name of the institution and the bank account number, or a letter from the bank confirming the data.)
For individuals:-
- A copy of the bank account statement It shows the name of the account holder and the account number, or a letter from the bank confirming the data
- A copy of the personal card - A copy of the contract concluded with the government agency
